At Alexander Hampton, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your selection is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Alexander Hampton packaging and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure swift processing.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund is confirmed via email.
